Totally Average Island

This is a completely normal island. Nothing to see here. Just normal people and normal houses. Nope, nothing special at all... Ok~... It's really the home of the Special Ops Corps of the Marines. The people who train all of the Cipher Pols are here, and the ones who fail are... removed. All techniques the CP agents learn are taught here and their greatest masters reside here. The uniform for the trainees is a completely black version of the normal Marine one. When one finishes training here, they receive their suit, the one all CP agents wear. (the last suit you'll ever put on).
