Due to his bad eyesight, Michael also wears a pair of frame-less glasses. A LITTLE ABOUT THEM HISTORY: You could easily say that Michael was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He was the first born son of a rich noble. As one could imagine, this left him wanting for very little as a child. He got every toy or game or pet or anything that he asked for as a kid. While he was given everything he wanted, being a first born left him with little freedom. While he was spoiled rotten, it was a controlled spoil. He wasn't allowed to eat whatever he wanted, for instance, and he was kept on a strict and healthy regimen to make sure that he would not live an unhealthy lifestyle. He was also forced to be home schooled as a way to make sure that he got a good education. He spent his first sixteen years like this. He was restrained to living within his families estate. It wasn't so bad because it was large and partially contained a forest. There was plenty for him to do. He got his fair share of human interaction when his parents held dinners and balls, though the only companionship with people his own days was on his birthdays and the occasional kid who'd show up for a ball.It was rather depraved. It all changed when he was sixteen. His parents decided he needed to get out and meet ladies. He was getting older and marriage was on their mind. It only took him a year to realize that chasing dresses wasn't something he wanted to do. He knew it was his duty as the heir to marry a woman and have a child, but each relationship ended the same way. Michael would find that he didn't really have any interest in them at all. It wasn't until he fell in love with a man that he realized what the problem in his relationships was. He just simply wasn't into women. This was troubling for him, because he knew that he was expected to make an heir that would continue on their bloodline. He had to devise a plan. The solution was really quite simple when he came down to it. He needed to come up with a reasonable excuse to get away from his family. To get far enough away that there was little chance that he'd be recognized and he'd be able to live life to his fullest. When the time came to worry about marriage he'd think about it, but there was no reason to worry about that. His father was healthy and even when his father did kick the bucket he'd be able to have a child. By using an excuse like wanting to experience many cultures he got off easy.
