A LITTLE ABOUT THEM HISTORY: Weegee's life didn't truly begin until his fourteenth birthday, when he realized just what kind of power his body held. His 'past life' as he called it, was filled with days of mindless roaming, traveling and exploring every inch of the island he was trapped on, his home land of Edible Island. Of course, his days were also filled with cooking, hours upon hours, not to mention eating. When he realized his true potential, however, he joined up with the first Pirate crew that would have him, an old group known as the Bloody Roses. Sure, he was only taken on as a chef, yet he proved his worth time and time again when they were attacked. He never missed a chance to fight, and quickly got a great deal of liking for it. It wasn't very long before he became first mate of the crew. Of course, the last bit of history he will ever tell, since his rise to Yonkou is filled with a tinge of mystery, is the final days of the original Black Roses. A group of pirates, lead by one of the Shichibukai, found them, while they were taking a rest at an normally unused alcove. It was a massacre, the ship destroyed, everyone killed, except for Weegee, who had managed to get away by hiding in a barrel of apples. He hated himself for running away, forsaking those who had been his 'family' for so long. He vowed revenge, though that Shichibukai is long past, he still holds an old grudge.
