[Ace Pandora Dusk]

`` The sun shone down on the floating air ship that slowly trailed along the white fluffs of clouds. The warm rays dancing on the wooden boards of the deck, decorated lightly with white themed decors. Many chairs placed out in the open facing an white wooden arch which seemed to be an alter. Red roses was placed carefully along the white wooden archway. A carpet had been rolled out down between groupings of chairs, leading its way up to the alter.

`` In the captain's room, a female grumbled quietly as she was forced to put herself into a white dress. The white dress hugged her body, flattering her figure's curves. The dress was simple yet elegant. A crystal-like flower embroidery was placed on left side of her hip, creating a fabric drape from the said flower down to the floor, creating a slight flare. The dress' neckline was strapless and almost like a shape of a heart, giving her a bit of that nice cleavage. From behind, the wedding dress formed a train, not to long but not to short either, just perfect. The female looked at herself in the mirror, her light brown eyes blinking.

`` 'Why am I even in the dress? I should be getting married in my own clothes, I mean really. What's the point of wearing dresses in the first place?' thought Ace to herself. She obviously was not happy that her crew had managed to convince Ace to have an real wedding, white dress and all. She sat down onto a chair as some random female began to work on Ace's hair, playing with her purplish brunette strands of hair. A small smile formed over Ace's face, forgetting about the wedding dress and thinking about the man she was about to marry. A small pink blush coming over her face for a second before Ace snapped back to reality.

`` Her hair was pinned up into an style of a sideways bun, a red rose placed in her hair also. To be honest, Ace was actually pleased with the hair style. Though she'll never admit that out in public. A woman began to apply make-up to Ace's face. "What the hell is this thing?" asked Ace, sounding a bit annoyed at the foreign brush which is applying some sort of stinky smelly powder to her face. "Ah. It's called a blush, it will make you look much nice." said the woman, carefully. Muttering, "Fine, continue." ordered the female captain as the woman began to resume working on her face.

[Azure Dusk]

Ah, such a beautiful day it was. The sky was looking delightful while remaining within a nice fall’s distance from the airship. It suited the occasion of that day. For that day was the day two terrors of the seas were to be wed to eachother. Azure Fate Dusk, also known as the First “SuperNova” or pirate with an obnoxiously high bounty, would be married to his long time lover, Ace Pandora Xtar, Yonkou and Captain of the Blackout pirates. A joyous occasion indeed. For one, Azure got to see his lovely fiancé in a dress and with make up on. Not something many men live to speak of. Ace was the antithesis of girly, but she caught Azure from the second they met. Today was special for them both though. The entire crew turned out and Skypiea, a place that had come to like both Ace and Azure, even had a few people turn out. Hell, even a priest showed up, which was strange considering neither Ace nor Azure was religious at all. Not even slightly. But that was all a different story.

This man named Azure stood, leaning against the side rails of the ship and looking overboard, onboard the deck of Resonance, the Blackout Pirate’s airship, his tuxedo tails and a few strands of his purple hair blew in the light wind. The wind carried with it the faint smell of perfume and make-up. This was certainly a first for the lovely Ace. Poor love. She let the crew talk her in to that. I would have been content with a Pirate marriage. Azure said do himself before a small orange kitten came running over to him, a faint jingle with him. The Kitten jumped on the side rail with grace like that only imagined. Not like Azure wouldn’t have leapt overboard to save his kitten had something gone wrong.

The purple haired SuperNova let his purple eyes set on his kitten, named Sir Whiskers Esquire, before following with the soft touch of his fingers. Hey there, Whiskers. Carrying the rings for me and momma? Azure asked his kitten in a soft voice before checking the animal’s collar, feeling the cold metal of the couple’s stainless steel wedding bands. Simple. Didn’t rust. Sturdy. What two of the strongest people in the world needed in wedding bands. Good job, Whiskers. Azure said before continuing to pet his kitten. Cat hair on a black tuxedo? Last of his worries.

Come on, Whiskers. You know how they say that it’s bad luck for the groom to see his bride before she emerges? I hate that. It’s like… She’s my wife. I want to see her. But whatever… Azure said to himself before a faint pink tint took to his cheeks. He was just finding something to complain about so he could get rid of the butterflies in his stomach. I turn into a bird that’s on fire then fight constantly, and currently have one of the highest bounties in the world. Yet getting married sparks emotions in me. This is… This is different. Azure thought to himself as he began to pace, Whiskers taking p perch on the man’s shoulder.

[Jack Silvarius D. Crux Night]

One of joy, of bonds eternal stronger than diamonds. And, of course, Jack had nothing to do with any of it. He wasn't completely uninvolved, no. He was in fact the best man of the event in question. Rather, he just wasn't the center of attention, which he found a nice change of pace. So, after having helped set up the decorations, and of course I mean after having been forced to set up nearly all of the decorations of the entire ship, he had to relax and take a seat. Of course, this was merely for a moment, before he had to prepare his violin for the ceremony. Regardless, he had some time to spare, so he'd visit the crew's first mate, the lucky man himself. Jack's clothing was somewhat less formal than those of Azure, being naught more than a nice shirt, slacks, a narrow skinny tie, and some plain shoes. Incidentally, this was one of the very very rare occasions that he wore a hat, a plain black fedora with a crimson band. Sighing, he stood from his seat, quickly making his way to the door and noticed Azure, playing with his kitten. An adorable little creature indeed, but Jack was far more fond of canines. Stepping up to Azure, he patted the little creture atop the head lightly, before shifting his attention to Azure himself. "Big day, mate. You and Sparky tiein' the knot, 'n all that. Yoruhuhu, never thought I'd live to see her get hitched, but I'll be damned if you two don't make one hell of a couple." Jack chuckled, patting Azure on the shoulder. He sighed, gazing off the side of the ship. "I wonder when...she and I will..."

[Ace Pandora Dusk]

`` The make-up lady was still applying that god awful smelly powder to her face. Just right about she was going to slap the lady, she stopped and went into her bag full of foreign objects that the captain did not recognize. "Close your eyes." ordered the lady. Ace looked at her questionably, why did the hell did she need to close her eyes? Was she going to give her a present? Ace didn't really trust this lady. At all. "Please close your eyes, I need to add eye shadow to your eyes." Ace stared at her. What the fuck is an eyeshadow?

`` But Ace decided to close her eyes anyways. The female went to working on her eyes, adding a bit of a pinkish color to her eyelids. Then she went to applying a black eyeliner to her eyes. Then the lady began to smear some kind of slimey, strawberry flavored substance on her lips. "All right, you're all done and prettied up~" chortled the lady. Ace opened her eyes, already looking at the mirror. Ace barely didn't know herself, hell, she couldn't even find herself behind the make-up. A confused look appeared on her face.

`` All of the sudden, a funny feeling appeared within her stomach. As if there was butterflies in her stomach. She was actually getting married. A flower bouquet was handed to her, filled with red, white, and silver roses. Ace looked at it for a moment, catching the scent of the roses. She was probably the most terrifying woman out there and here she stands getting nervous over the smallest things. This was definitely a first for Ace. "You all ready, Captain?" asked one of the crew mates. Ace looked at her crew mate and nodded.

`` The crew mate went out the room, running across the deck up to two men that were standing nearby the side rails. "Azure and Jack, she's ready." said the crew mate with a smile. Ace held onto her bouquet, letting out a sigh. She was past all of the hating of her wedding dress, even forgiven the lady that put these foreign substances on her face. Ace looked to the door that led out onto the deck, waiting for the music to start.

[Azure Dusk]

Azure’s pacing was stopped by his crew’s Shipwright, Jack; walking over and petting Whiskers some. The cyborg was a good man, a little under dressed, but that was to expect from pirates. Azure always viewed himself as a… Dapper Pirate of sorts. He had great manners, speech, and sense of dress. So there was no better term to describe it. Maybe just gentlemanly would work. But Jack began to speak to Azure. He said things like big day and the typical wedding stuff. But Jack did have a way of putting things that was unmatched. For starters, telling Azure he didn’t think that their Captain, Azure’s bride, would ever get married. On her wedding day. To the groom. Who he was talking to. But he was sweet. Jack complimented on how the two of them made a good couple. Azure wasn’t one to argue.

But just then, Jack trailed off some. Remembering his past. There was a woman in his past, the one who made him who he is today, pretty much. Worry not, Jack. We’ll find her and I’m sure she’ll share your feelings. Azure said as he pat the cyborg’s back. Suddenly, one of the crew members ran over to inform the two that Ace was ready. It was time to start. We’ll talk more of it later, friend. But for now, places. Azure said to everyone who was on deck. Whiskers, you know the signal. Get to your perch. Azure said to his kitten.

Whiskers did what could only be described as a nod before dashing to go wait at the end of the aisle, in his own personal chair. Azure walked over to his place, leading Jack to where he would be. Azure turned to the crowd before the music could start. I’d like to welcome you all to the marriage between two of the scariest pirates in all of existence. We’ll have food and drink on deck for the reception. Azure said to everyone before returning to his spot and signaling for the music to start. It’s show time. Azure said to himself before turning his attention to the door his lovely bride would emerge from.

Sighing lightly, Jack turned to his friend, and spoke in a low tone. "Heh, yeah, prob'ly so. Thanks, mate. Yer a true friend." As he spoke, one of the crewman rushed up to them, and told them that it was time for the ceremony. "Ah shit, I need to set up the music!" With that, Jack dashed away at a rather quick pace, making his way back to his instrument. Pulling the pitch-black beauty from the case, he stood to the side of the main hall, and silently created an entire cast of mirages, simulating an entire choir and orchestra in full attire, with him at the lead in front. With a flick of Jack's wrist, they all began to move as if they were playing their instruments and singing, and the speaker in Jack's shoulder began to play the traditional Wedding March, which the illusions quickly synched to. Of course, the only missing part was being played by Jack himself, on his cherished black violin. While no sound escaped his lips, nor did any sounds escape him at all, the way his body swayed alongside the rythm of the violin was captivating, and he kept playing as he awaited the happy couple to arrive. A joyous day indeed. Although he did hunger, he ould have to be patient.

[Ace Pandora Dusk]

`` The female captain closed her eyes for a moment, licking her lips, tasting the strawberry flavored substance. The butterflies still fluttering around her stomach. Her ears perked up as the heard the music beginning to play. She recognized the sound, Jack's violin. Her heart beginning to pick up the pace as the butterflies frantically fluttered around in her stomach. "Captain. It's time." said the crew mate, opening the door a bit. Ace took a deep breath, trying to clam her nerves before going out there. Her hands grasped the roses tightly as she took a step outside of the room.

`` The music still playing in the atmosphere, Ace stepped out into everyone's view. The female looked up to see the man, the only man only she could imagine being with, Azure. A small smile appeared on her face as she saw him, the butterflies disappearing into nothing but excitement. Ace truly looked like a different woman. The white fabric following her as she walked down the aisle that had been littered with rose petals by the flower girl. Everyone in the audience mouths were literally dropped open. Well for one thing, it isn't everyday that you get to see Ace in a dress, let alone even wear make-up.

`` But it did make her look beautiful in a whole different way. The look seemed to add a soft aura to her. It was like if someone had really replaced the real Ace. But of course, that isn't true. The captain continued to smile, almost shyly as she walked. Ace made her way to the place where Azure stood, her smile getting bigger as she got close to him. The female handed her bouquet to one of her bridesmaid. Her light brown orbs looking at Azure's purple orbs. "Hey there hon~" whispered the female captain, only for Azure to hear. Her hand reaching out to hold onto his hand, grasping it tightly as if she never wanted to let him go.

[Azure Dusk]

Azure’s eyes closed as the music started to play, his hand tapping out the rhythm on his side. Then he heard the door open, his eyes snapped open. The Phoenix looked across the deck of the ship, his eyes setting on Ace, the woman who stole his heart without him even noticing. She was almost like his Phantom Thief. But Azure didn’t want it back. He liked her to have it. Suddenly, the butterflies were gone. They had been replaced with a warming happiness. What a weird sensation. Damn wars. He didn’t feel ANYTHING from killing a man, but marrying someone? Of course he had to feel something. It was a completely different type of occasion though. Marriage was nothing like murder. The only similarities were that they both started with an “M” and had two “R”s.

Ace approached Azure and clasped his hand tightly, as if she never wanted to let go. She then called him her special nickname, hon. Well hey there, love. You look fantastic. Azure said in a tone that only Ace could hear. He turned and faced the priest, his hand still grasping Ace’s. His thumb began to slowly and softly massage her hand. The priest, a strange younger man with blond hair and a black robe, stepped up and opened a small hand book.

Well, I’ve come to know you two and I know that neither of you are too religious. I mean, both of you kill for a living. The priest said with a slight laugh, he was only joking. But I’ve also come to know that both of you care about eachother very much, and in the end, that’s what matters. So, I shall keep this short and sweet so that you might go on about your duties and everyone may be able to feast and drink. The priest said before smiling. Now, today is a day of monumental amazements. Today is the day two powerhouses of the world become one. Azure Fate Dusk and Ace Pandora Xtar. I’ve not known them too long, but they both are very special. While we might see bounty posters for Azure, he is a man with a gentle heart and cares greatly for others. Ace is the same way, although a bit worse at expressing it. The man added with a slight chuckle, the crowd followed suit by chuckling slightly. But enough, I said I’d keep it short and sweet. Do you, Azure Fate Dusk, take Ms. Ace Pandora Xtar to be your wedded wife. To have her and to hold her, in sickness and in health, til death do you part?

I can’t say it enough, I do. Azure said in reply, looking over to his beautiful bride. He smiled at her softly.

`` "Well hey there, love. You look fantastic." said the man in front of Ace. A small pink barely noticeable blush appeared on her cheeks, only for Azure to see of course. No way she was going to let her crew see any form of colors of Ace's face. "And you, look very dashing." said Ace, her smile only getting bigger. She also turned to face the priest when Azure did, her hands grasping his hand tightly as his thumb massaged her hand some. "Well, I’ve come to know you two and I know that neither of you are too religious. I mean, both of you kill for a living." laughed the ppriest It was true, most of the time Ace and Azure would kill.

`` "But enough, I said I’d keep it short and sweet. Do you, Azure Fate Dusk, take Ms. Ace Pandora Xtar to be your wedded wife. To have her and to hold her, in sickness and in health, til death do you part?" asked the priest. Ace closed her eyes, biting her lips softly. "I can’t say it enough, I do." Ace opened her eyes, smiling even more. God, she really does love Azure, the phoenix, the flame of her life that had been surrounded in darkness.

`` "And Ace Pandora Xtar, do you take Mr. Azure Fate Dusk to be your wedded husband. To have him and to hold him, in sickness and in health, til death do you part?" asked the priest. She looked at her purple haired partner. "I do." replied Ace, still grinning. The priest smiled, "Now, the exchange of the rings." said the man. The orange fluff of fur bounded of his chair. Walking up to the couples, then with a rather graceful pounce, landed on Azure's shoulder.

`` Ace smiled gently as she looked at Whiskers who was holding the wedding rings for both of them. Ace smiled as Azure put a ring on her finger, followed by Ace doing the same thing, sliding the stainless steel onto his left hand's wedding finger. "I love you." whispered Ace as her hands grasped onto Azure's hands. "By the power vested within me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss your bride." said the priest.

[Azure Dusk]

Azure smiled big when he heard the words “I do” escape Ace’s lips. Funny thing was, he could tell she was getting antsy. She wanted to go “I do” the second they walked up there. That’s how she was. Azure on the other hand, didn’t mind waiting forever to be with her, but that didn’t bother him at all. He loved her too much for that to bother him. He was snapped out of his thoughts by his partner in crime, Sir Whiskers Esquire, jumping onto his shoulder and presenting the rings. Azure took Ace’s ring and slid it onto her left ring finger, hearing her gentle words as she spoke. “I love you.” Just those three words made his world.

Azure felt the cold steel band embrace is finger as his, now, wife slid his ring onto his left ring finger. I love you too, Ace, more than anything. Azure said in reply so just his wife could hear. Then the moment came, quickly one might add. The time for the kiss. Well, shit. We can’t very well make out up here. Azure thought to himself as he leaned in for the kiss. His eyes shut and as did Ace’s. The two kissed eachother with a passion that attested to their love for one another. The crowd broke into a roar when the two kissed. Then the two’s fingers clinched tighter as they turned and headed back into the captain’s quarters. About half way, Azure reached over and lifted Ace up like a princess, Whiskers opening the door for them. Quick wardrobe change and we’ll be right back, until then, enjoy our hospitality. Azure said to the crowd before entering the captain’s quarters with Ace and Whiskers, Whiskers pushing the door closed with his head when they were clear.

Well, you can change now. I bet you’re itching to get out of that dress. Azure said to his wife before sitting her on the bed and kissing her passionately. He then took off his tie and threw it to the side, grabbing his black and white fedora off his hat rack. Whiskers, help momma get ready. I’ll see you out there, baby. I love you. Azure said to his wife before waiting for her reply for a few seconds, then walking out the captain’s quarters. Damn I’m glad that’s one way glass. You can only see out from inside the captain’s quarters.

Well, Jack. I’ve done it. You’re next. Azure said to Jack as he pat him on the back. Now, help yourself to our food and drink! Azure added before laughing and heading over to the food, grabbing himself a nice steak kabob.

Jack knew he probably should have stuck with the normal version, but his flair for showmanship just wouldn't permit it. As Ace reached Azure, and the priest began his spiel, the entire band and orchestra vanished, as well as the music from the speaker completely stopping, leaving only Jack and his violin. He swayed flowed to the music, becoming as the wind itself, as his music becaming cheery and uplifting, until reaching an amazing climax just as the two newlyweds kissed. A quick ending to his song, before gently placing his instrument on the stand beside and clapping softly in congradulations to his close friends. Sighing gently as he packed his violin into the ornate and well-padded case, he placed it off to the side, hidden behind a white curtain he'd prepared for just such use. Quickly, he went about stretching and cracking his knuckles, before noticing Azure carry Ace into the Captain's quarters, before shortly coming back out. Walking up to him, Jack chuckled as he placed his hand on Azure's shoulder. "Well, looks like it's all official now, mate. Good on ya. I've even prepared a little speech for when the lovely bride comes back out, seein' as I'm the Best Man an' all, figured it'd only be proper." He chuckled, patting Azure's shoulder a bit. Then, a sigh escaped, as he surveyed the room. "Bloody hell, I'm starved. When's the food s'posed to show, anyway?"

[Ace Pandora Dusk]

`` "I love you too, Ace, more than anything." said Azure, words only meant for Ace to hear. She smiled softly as Azure leaned in for the kiss. Her heart quickened in pace as Azure's lips pressed against hers, her lips also pressed back, her eyes closing. She heard the audience broke into a roar. Ace's hand still grasping onto Azure's hand as they walked back on the aisle. Without warning Azure picked Ace up, almost like a princess. "Oh my~" said Ace, letting out a small laugh. "Quick wardrobe change and we’ll be right back, until then, enjoy our hospitality." said Azure before disappearing into the captain's headquarters with Whiskers following behind them.

`` "Well, you can change now. I bet you’re itching to get out of that dress." said her husband before he placed her on the bed, his lips touching upon hers passionately. Her lips pressed back with the same amount of passion. Ace's lips turned up into a smile. "You know me so well." leting out a laugh. "Whiskers, help momma get ready. I’ll see you out there, baby. I love you." The brunette smiled, "I love you too." replied Ace before Azure walked out of the headquarters.

`` Ace was still smiling as he left the room. 'I'm officially married. Best of all, it was to a man who could never replace any other man in the world.' thought Ace to herself. "Well, Whiskers you going to help me?" asked Ace, the orange kitten bounced on the bed to the back of Ace's dress where he unzipped it halfway open with his teeth. "Thanks Whiskers." said Ace as she stood up, slipping it off and changing into a pair of rather nice looking shorts and an actually nice looking shirt rather than her usual ripped up, too small wardrobe. She slipped on the combat boots.

`` She opened the door of her room, well it was now officially Azure and Ace's room. The female stepped out onto the dock where everyone is. She was welcomed by applause, she smiled and walked over to Azure, stealing a piece of steak from his steak kabob before giving him a kiss on the cheek. "Hey hon." said Ace before looking over to Jack. "Hey Jack, that was a nice music piece you played there." said Ace. Seems like today would be the only day when Ace would actually give out compliments.

[Azure Dusk]

Azure smiled some at Jack’s question. It was a fairly obvious answer, but that didn’t bother Azure one bit. He did just get married. It’s right here, Jack. Azure said in reply, waving his steak kabob some and gesturing toward the big table full of food that rest behind him. He then turned around to grab more food. Mainly little finger sandwiches. Stupid butterflies came back and made him not too terribly hungry. But eating was vital. If anyone was to attack right then and there, Azure needed as much energy as humanly possible to fight the way he likes. To go all out with nothing holding him back other than the ones he cares about. Everything else was expendable.

Azure felt the soft touch of lips against his cheek and he saw a beautiful female’s hand reach around and steal a piece off his kabob. It was his newly dubbed wife. Hey Hon~ She said after the kiss. He turned and his mouth curved into a big smile. Hey Baby. Azure said to his wife as she turned and talked to Jack. Azure took this chance to check out her outfit, and how she looked in it of course. Spectacular as always. The purple haired male gently kissed his wife’s neck before chuckling some. She must be happy. I’ve never heard her compliment many people.

Azure asked his wife as Whiskers emerged from the Captain’s Quarters. The Kitten had on a small kitten sized black tophat that Azure got for him on one of their numerous misadventures. The orange kitten pranced out of the Captain’s Quarters as if he was the one who had just gotten married. The kitten ran over to Azure and leapt onto his shoulder, nuzzling against his cheek. Well, Jack. What would you say if I told you I had an idea to lure that girl of your’s to you? Azure asked his friend.

Ace almost never gave compliments. Taken aback, Jack just blurted out what was on his mind. "Who are you and what have you done with my scary captain?!" Laughing a bit, he turned to where Azure had pointed out food, and reached out with his left hand, fingers spread. All of a sudden, silver wires flooded out of his fingers, spearing assorted meats and breads and cheeses, bringing them to Jack. Within a few seconds, he devoured twenty pieces of grilled beef, twelve cubes of pepperjack cheese, and nine small loaves of bread. He chuckled, before looking back to Azure and Ace. "Food's good. He nodded, chuckling. After he swallowed all of the food, Jack heard what Azure said, and his mechanical ears were completely focused on him. His face became somewhat serious, or as serious as Jack could get when not fighting, and gulped, before speaking lowly. "I-I'm listening. Spit it out." He stuttered slightly. Which was rather strange for a man who had previously dominated much of the New World. Then again, it was no surprise, seeing as Azure had brought up a subject that not many knew about outside of Jack himself.

`` "Hey Baby." said Azure after Ace had given him a kiss. As she turned to talk to Jack, she felt a kiss upon her neck, hearing a chuckle from his mouth. A plate was offered to her from her husband, "Hey baby, want something to eat? When do you figure we should cut the cake?" asked Azure. Ace looked up to her husband, her fingers picking up some things from the plate, eating some. "I think we should cut the cake after everyone has eaten." said Ace "Who are you and what have you done with my scary captain?!" exclaimed Jack, Ace's expression changed within an instant.

`` "What? Is it a crime for me to give out a compliment?" asked Ace, glaring at Jack with her brown chocolate orbs before resuming to eating a couple bits of food from her husband's plate. "Food's good." commented Jack as he devoured the food. "Well, Jack. What would you say if I told you I had an idea to lure that girl of your’s to you?" asked Azure to Jack. His face turned into a somewhat serious expression, "I-I'm listening. Spit it out." stuttered Jack. A rare sight to see of a yonkou for sure.
