Muscles cover his body and unlike most giants, Kratos is proportioned like a normal human. BACKGROUND Born on one of the islands of civil giants in West Blue, Kratos was a rather average giant-youth. He played, he trained to use weapons, he got in school-yard scuffles, and he studied history. As a young historian, Kratos studied of the history of the giants, how they were barbaric nomads who would destroy whole islands while getting supplies and generally treated eachother and humans like crap. He read of civilization and how it'd gotten to where it was then, but there was a big gap in the records, as if someone simply told the printers not to print this section. Thus began Kratos's fascination with the Lost Years. He asked to study about it, but was told that the government forbade it, so he determined to learn in private. Kratos joined the Marines as many of his civil-giant brethren were wont to do as opposed to the northern barbarians. The training was intensive, especially for the Giant Squad. Some of the others treated him poorly due to his calm and laid back demeanor, not wanting to fight often, though thoroughly trouncing his opponents in battles of fistycuffs when there were any fights. To this day, Kratos is proud of his fist-fighting prowess. Non-weapons A leather-bound journal with his notes, translations, personal observations, and general thoughts kept within its pages. A box of matches. ABILITIES Fist Barrage is the technique that Kratos developed for fighting with particularly powerful enemies. He uses his immense strength to move his arms for quick jabs, punching like a storm, though it deals less damage than a straight punch. Fury Fist is a technique that ignites the gauntlet that Kratos wears in mid-punch, dealing fire damage to an opponent while delivering all the same damage as one of his straight punches. This is done by the gauntlets causing friction with the air and the thick steel gauntlets blocking the heat from Kratos's fists. Thunderclap is a technique that Kratos developed himself, which really only involves clapping his hands together with his immense strength, sending a blast of air as a blunt-force strike in a large area (when considering how it affects normal humans). Earthshaker is what Kratos calls his technique of squeezing both hands together and smashing them on the ground in a hammering motion, which causes the earth to shake and shatter average, normal human buildings. RACIAL FEATURES Gargantuan Strength is what Kratos calls his type of strength, a strength above strength and power above giants. Though all giants are super strong and inherently so (which means this doesn't count as one of his four abilities), Kratos is stronger still. When standing, his muscles seem no different, but when flexing... Let's just say that Major Alex Louis Armstrong from Full Metal Alchemist ain't got shit on Kratos.
