- Kodama Yoroi (Echo Armor) -
This is a defensive ability which turns a sound, such as a clap or a whistle, into a vibrating shield of 'solid sound' that coats the user . The vibrations reflect the impact of attacks back on the attacker with half the power. A strong enough impact, especially a haki based attack, will be able to penetrate the shield. If the shield is penetrated then it disperses. If the shield is dispersed two turns must pass before it can be used. Otherwise, the defense is permanent until the user dispels it. - Kodama Kabe (Echo Wall) -
This is another defensive ability that is similar in its effect to the Kodama Yoroi because it turns a sound into a solid version used for defensive purposes. However, rather than creating a coating of sound around the user this allows the user to create a 5ftx5ft wall of sound anywhere within 30m of her. These walls reflect impacts on them with half the force. If pierced by a strong enough impact then it disperses. The user can have up to four walls active at once. - Kodama Tama (Echo Bullet)-
This is an intimidation technique that is often quite effective. The user creates an illusion of a fierce insectoid beast made of sound that shouts at the target. The user is able to create this anywhere within 100m of themselves. It has no detrimental effects, but can be enough to scare off people. - Kodama Map (Echo Map)-
With this the user sends out continuous sound waves that let them map out the surrounding area. This is also known as echolocation. The user cannot attack while doing this because it requires great concentation. The range of the map is about 50 km around the user. Kahana is able to maintain this for five posts. - Kodama Onsoku (Echo Speed of Sound) -
With this the user create's a 'stream of sound' which they are able to move through at incredibly high speeds. This can only be done in linear directions. The user is able to move 20ft in a second and can use other abilities whilst using it. This can be used five times before requiring a two post cooldown. - Kodamasen (Echo Beam) -
This allows the user to create a blast of solid sound similar to a beam with incredible destructive capability, enough to penetrate stone. This is silver in color and has a range of 50ft. It is a concussive force and the beam is 3ft wide. This has a two post cooldown. - Keiki Kodama (Light Machine Gun Echo)-
This allows the user to launch a rapid fire stream of weak sound bullets. These bullets have enough power to lightly cut flesh. They are able to generate fifty per second and can keep the stream up for a full minute at a time. They can create a minute of bullets per post. - Juuki Kodama (Heavy Maching Gun Echo)-
This is an advancement of the Keikioto. With this the user is able to launch a rapid fire stream of more powerful bullets. These bullets have the same piercing power as regular bullets. The user is able to generate ten per second and can keep the stream up for a full thirty seconds at a time. The user can create 30 seconds worth of bullets per post. - Ko Kodamasen (Great Echo Beam)-
This is similar to the otosen, but has a larger range (100ft) and the beam is wider (5ft). The beam is now gold in colour and has enough force to pierce steel. It has a three post cooldown. - Kodama Sentou (Echo Punch)-
With this the user strikes the target and then 'echos' the sound generated to create a much larger amount of damage that destroys the target from within. It can break apart thick stone walls. This is very powerful. The user can use it three times before requiring a two post cooldown. - Kodamaken (Echo Blade)
This launches off several crescent shaped blades of solid sound at a target. This is perhaps one of the odd techniques of the kodama kodama as the user has to use their hands to physically manipulate the sound in order to shape it into blades. This launches six blades. These six blades can be combined in various ways: two blades combined, three blades combined and six blades combined. - Kodama Ikazuchi (Echo Thunder)-
An advanced version of the Kodama Ikazuchi. This launches a large blast of sound into the air where it condenses into a large ball. The sound bounces around inside the ball for two posts before raining down as an even more powerful bolt of solid sound 'lightning'. The damage from the lightning is impressive, but the real power is done by the vibrations. This has enough power to destroy several ships if they were grouped together. This has a three post cooldown. - Kodama Arashi (Echo Storm)-
A powerful enhancement of Kodama Ikazuchi and possibly the most powerful technique of the Kodama Kodama no mi. This launches a large blast of sound into the air where it condenses into a larger ball. The sound bounces around inside the ball for three posts before raining down on an area as five powerful bolts of solid sound lightning that hit an area 10ft radius below the sphere. The damage from the lightning is impressive, but the real power is done by the vibrations. Each bolt is equal to one from the Kodama Ikazuchi. This has a five post cooldown. - Kodama Keiteki (Echo Whistle)
With this the user whistles and alters the pitch as well as manipulating the sound to directly target the hearing off an opponent. This is resistable, but it takes a lot. The effect of this is to upset the person's balance. This has a two post duration. - Kodama Bunkai (Echo Analysis)-
This allows the user to make a noise and manipulate it through a target e.g. a wall or some armor in order to find weak spots for the user to hit. - Kodama Tounyuu (Echo Throw)-
The user can throw their voice with extreme accuracy to anywhere within 100ft. They can do this with another accuracy to whisper in someone's ear so no-one else can hear it even if they were right next to them. This can be used to target multiple individuals at once. - Kodama Henteko (Echo Strange)-
A technique that is rarely used, but is quite useful. With this the user keeps changing the frequency of their voice to find a sound that 'irritates' a target e.g. nails on a chalkboard for humans in order to cause them discomfort and in some cases, particularly animals, to run away. - Kodama Souran (Echo Control)-
This technique is perhaps the most unusual of the techniques. The user sings a song whilst targeting an individual. The user will then, unless they can resist which is difficult without haki (though still possible), be under her control. She is unable to make them do anything like kill themselves or perform suicidal actions, but she is able to do many things. If they go outside 100ft of her then she can no longer control them. This lasts as long as she is singing the song and she can only target one individual at a time. - Kodama Gakutai (Echo Orchestra) -
A clone technique in a way. This allows the user to create 24 clones of themselves made out of shaped solid sound, these even appear identical to her. Each one of them will also be holding some musical instrument, including herself. One of them, not necessarily her, will be holding a conductors baton. All of these are capable of creating sound. Each of these clones is capable of fighting and will disperse with a small sonic boom if damaged enough. This in itself is very effective.
However, the true power of the technique is when they begin to play. When they play they can form any of her other attacks EACH and even combine them to create even more devastating versions. Each can use one sound based damaging ability before vanishing. The most powerful attack these can form is to each form a Kodama Arashi and combine them to create a massive attack.
Each clone must have been playing for at least one post before an attack can be formed. Attacks like Kodama Ikazuchi take an extra turn of echoing before they can be launched. If a clone is destroyed before their attack is finished then the attack vanishes.
Creating the clones takes an entire post of singing. Any interruption and she will have to wait a full three posts before trying again.
She cannot create anymore clones until all the clones are destroyed, dispersed or manually removed. It takes four posts after this before she can create clones again. - Kodama Shinkan (Echo Silence) -
With this the user is able to manipulate the sound they create so no-one can hear it meaning they can approach in complete silence. The user can silence the sounds made by up to four people. If someone silenced like this speaks then the effect is dispersed on that person.
