Open your soul, Maybe lose control inside of this Phenomenon, Just let yourself go and let everyone know you move to this Phenomenon". [/classy][classy=fsbord][/classy][classy=fstext] STYLE TYPE: Close-to-Mid-Range Combat; Water Manipulation. DESCRIPTION: Fishman Karate is a style that incorporates martial arts moves and the water around oneself. It is an ability that only a Fishman can learn, where one is capable of manipulating the water in the sea, in the air and even in the body to inflict damage. Although powerful, its use is hampered in areas with little moisture, such as the desert. This doesn't make the style completely useless, but it restricts the overall effectiveness and even the use of some techniques. MOVES: |
MOVE DESCRIPTION: A high speed movement technique where the user manipulates the moisture within their body in such a way as it allows the body to move faster then it normally would. This is especially useful for avoiding attacks or getting in a quick blow. This can be used three times before requiring a two post cooldown.
MOVE NAME: Fukashikon [Shark Fang]
MOVE DESCRIPTION: Via a swing of the arm the user manipulates water to launch a crescent shaped blade of water at the target. This has the cutting power of a sword. This can be used five times before requiring a three post cooldown.
MOVE NAME: Murasame [School of Sharks]
MOVE DESCRIPTION: An advanced version of the yabusame which turns the water arrows into sharks which bite the opponent. This has a three post cooldown and cannot be used whilst yabusame or uchimizu are on cooldown.
MOVE NAME: Shibuki [Splash]
MOVE DESCRIPTION: A technique that does not require an external source of water, but instead targets the water within the opponent's body. Cupping his hand, the user claps their hand over the opponent's ear. Ordinarily this would already be disorienting, but with the added power of Fishman Karate the technique becomes far worse, capable of deafening the ear temporarily and causing a loss of balance that lasts for three posts. The technique itself requires a cooldown of three posts.
MOVE NAME: Ryuusui Jigokuzuki [Flowing Water Hell Stab]
MOVE DESCRIPTION: A technique where the user forms their hand into a spearhand position and, whilst the hand is covered in water, thrusts forwards. The water follows the shape of the hand and shoots forwards like a sharp spear, capable of not only slicing through flesh, but through steel as well. This has a two post cooldown and cannot be used while Ryuusui Nukite is on cooldown.[/ul]
STRENGTHS: This technique effectively enhances the offensive strength of a fishman exponentially by allowing them to manipulate water via the technique known as fishman jujutsu. This increases physical attack power and allows them to use ranged techniques without a weapon.
WEAKNESSES: The techniques generally require a small amount of concentration. Furthermore, if the user is dehydrated, or the area is too dry then these techniques cannot be used.
