• Eternal Punishment (10, 20, 30, 50, 60, 100, Max 200 Million Volts):Minoru's version of God's Judgement- He decides how many volts he want's to use and creates a pillar of lightning to descend on his opponent and almost electrocute them to death.
  
  
• Eternal Ball (Only when he turns fully into lightning):Choosing the amount of voltage, Minoru opens both his hands wide in front of him and releases a ball of lightning, wherever it lands creates a bomb like explosion- 10 Million volts being an explosion of 5m radius, 200 an explosion of 100m radius. (Whenever Minoru uses 100+ volts, he is unable to produce lightning other than on his body for 10 minutes)
  
  
• Goro Goro no Lightning Blade: He covers his katana in lightning to increase the damage of a regular slash.
  
  
• Eternal Transformation: Minoru's body turns fully into lightning, making him invincible to all material attacks. He chooses the voltage of this.
  
  
• Goro Gun: He points his finger like a gun and shoots a thin horizontal line of electricity.
  
  
• Thunder Clap: One of his means of transportation- a regular blast of lightning comes down from the sky and appears to hit him. Another one blasts down wherever he wants to arrive. He can transport anywhere that he's been before, but it has to be on the same island.
  
  
• Advent of Thunder:A ball of electricity descends from the sky. Takes at least 10 minutes to form and can take up to 40 minutes, depending on size. Minoru can not use electricity while it's forming, and after it descends he is unable to use electricity for 2 hours. So in English- if it's small and it only affects a small part of the island, and his opponent happens not to be there any more, he's screwed. Used rarely and in desperation situations
  
  
• Volture: During Eternal Transformation, he summons a lot of electricity to take the shape of a vulture, then sends it flying down at his opponent.
  
  
• Thunder Fist: Minoru's version of El Thor, he opens his palm wide and a wave of lightning comes out.
