▫ Surgical Prep: After creating a Room, Lucia is able to move it around independently to cover different areas. This takes less time than canceling a Room and creating a new one, but more effort. She can even bind the Room to herself, making her the constant center of it. The Room can be moved quickly, but Lucia must stay inside it to keep her powers active.
▫ Light Placebo: While Lucia’s Room changes colors during certain moves, she can control the color on will as well. She is able to light up the sphere to illuminate her surroundings or darken it until it looks like a solid orb. As a gag move, she is able to quickly flash between different bright colors to distract her opponent, jokingly dubbed Seizure Procedure. Unfortunately, doing so gives her a splitting headache. Lastly, she can cause artificial darkness by turning the Room pitch black.
▫ Check-up: In this technique, Lucia prepares by closing her eyes and forming a circle with her hands. Then she sends a barely visible, yellow pulse that travels from the center to the edges of the sphere and passes harmlessly through everything. It tells her the complete physical condition, including injuries and their severity, of everything within her sphere and also reveals the items her opponents carry, effectively allowing her to target those items with her powers. Oddly enough, Devil Fruit powers are immune to this, making her unable to tell what kind of fruit her opponent is using or if they even have one.
▫ Incision: Her fingers gain a faint, blue aura that resembles a scalpel. This aura can be used on all of her fingers to simulate multiple blades. With the scalpels active, she can cut through objects within her space regardless of distance, toughness and size. However, she is unable to cut Kairoseki and opponents with Busoshoku Haki that surpasses her willpower. When she slashes, each motion corresponds with a specific kind of cut, but can target multiple opponents. For example, she can slash several opponents in half with a single horizontal swipe.
▫ Suture: Just like Lucia can spontaneously cause cuts, she is also able to close cuts and wounds on will. A blue zigzag pattern covers the wound and pulls it together. It stops the bleeding and safely secures the wound for easier healing. This can be applied both for the cuts created by her Incision and normal combat injuries. She can even literally shut someone up by closing their mouth, though the victim will still be able to breathe.
▫ Anesthesia: Lucia can selectively induce drowsiness and loss of sensation on people within her Room. When she activates the power, her Room turns purple. This power takes effect slowly, usually within few minutes, starting with numbing sensation and ending with sleep. The strength of the effect depends solely on the willpower of the target and Haki is not needed to resist it completely. Weak-willed people will be paralyzed and fall asleep while strong-willed people can ignore the effects.
▫ Transplant: By focusing and moving her hands, Lucia is able to make physical objects levitate, move them around and rearrange them anyway she likes. She can also instantly switch the places of objects as a form of teleporting. Weight and size have no effect on this ability. Moving more things at once naturally requires more focus. Living beings have to be willing to be moved, unconscious or cut by Incision for this power to work, aside from two exceptions.
▫ Transfusion: Similar to Transplant, this ability is used to move things around, but it focuses on things that aren’t strictly physical. Such things are elements, most liquids, people’s personalities and life energy or vitality. Blood is a special case. When transferring blood, her patient has to either help her by focusing on the transfer or be unconscious. Switched personalities automatically return to their original bodies after five minutes to create more confusion over who’s who. This power has no effect on seawater, Devil Fruit powers or elements created by logia users.
▫ Invasive Procedure: Lucia is able to manipulate the terrain within her Room by motioning up or down. When she lifts her fingers up, she can quickly create pillars to support structures, walls to block attacks or crude spikes to impale her opponents. With downwards motions, she can make sudden holes, large pits and wide cracks appear. These formations are as strong as the terrain or material she uses for them.
▫ Defibrillator: By placing her palms against her opponent, Lucia is able to release powerful electrical blasts. They can be used to give harmless motivation shocks, start a stopped heart and even knock opponents away depending on how much power she puts in the attack. She always needs to use both palms or the power is halved. Maximum power surge with both hands causes heavy internal damage and blasts the opponent few feet back. This move can be used without Room, but requires solid physical contact with the target to work. As such, most logia users are immune to it by default even if they aren’t normally immune to electricity.
▫ Heart Attack: Lucia lights up her hand with a blue glow and attempts to strike her opponent on the chest. On a successful hit, the opponent’s heart gets knocked out of their body in a transparent cube, which leaves a square hole behind. However, this move alone is not lethal. The victim will stay alive just fine, though the attack leaves them panting. Harming the heart in any way causes crippling pain and heavy internal damage to the victim. Placing the heart cube back into the hole is enough to cancel the effect. The cube prevents Logia users from turning the stolen heart into their element and retrieving it that way.
▫ Major Surgery: Through intense focus, Lucia instantly seals all the wounds of any selected people within her Room, regardless of how severe they are. She also shares some of her unnatural vitality with the patients, giving them an opportunity to flee or keep fighting. As a visual effect, the Room flashes bright green when this move is used. The effect lasts until she cancels it or loses consciousness, even if the patients leave her sphere of influence. However, it’s only a temporary fix and the wounded have to be treated properly afterwards.
▫ Malpractice: Lucia simultaneously levitates all the objects affected by her power and makes them orbit around her in seemingly random patterns. They move around quickly to automatically block any attacks aimed at her and pummel opponents who get too close. She is able to move freely and use regular attacks while this power is active, but using any other Ope Ope based move ends the effect.
▫ Medical Intervention: By utilizing Transplant and Transfusion simultaneously, Lucia is able to stop the movement of anything and everything within her Room. Living beings stop on their tracks, projectiles get suspended in midair and even things like poison or fire are prevented from spreading. Speed and power mean nothing. This is the first exception to Transplant, as she doesn’t have to cut living beings in order to affect them. However, the intense focus required leaves Lucia unable to attack and forces her to move carefully in order to keep everything under control. When the technique is canceled, all affected objects simply fall down. Busoshoku Haki users can resist this ability.
▫ Intensive Care: Through the combination of Sutures, Transfusion and Demonic Vitality, Lucia can quickly stabilize even the most injured people and bring them back from the brink of death. Missing organs or limbs are only a hindrance for her Demonic Vitality, so as long as the patient is still conscious, the level of injures don’t matter. The Room turns green while she keeps this power active. When performed correctly, this healing technique is worth three weeks of natural healing. However, it causes heavy strain on Lucia and she can only target one person at a time. Fighting during healing is out of the question and any interruptions can be fatal for the patient.
▫ Bedside Manner: Lucia has developed a skill to boost the attacks of her allies and assist them in combat. When she focuses on an ally and the ally concentrates on her, they both gain a faint blue aura to indicate connection. As long as that blue aura is active, the affected allies move three times faster and hit three times harder thanks to Lucia’s power to move things. She acts like puppeteer who only pulls the strings to give each motion more force. Additionally, she is able to levitate her allies to grant them limited flight or fling them as living projectiles. She can even warp them around the Room to help them escape attacks. Unfortunately, Lucia is unable to fight while this ability is active. Her limit is supporting three allies at once.
▫ Life Support: Just like Lucia can share vitality through Transfusion, she can also reverse the technique to drain life energy. When she activates the ability, her Room changes tint from blue to red. People run out of breath bit faster, their wounds bleed bit more and attacks get bit weaker. At the same time, Lucia lasts longer, heals faster and hits harder than usual. The drain works so slowly that only experienced fighters even notice it. However, the longer people stay within her field, the more apparent all the effects become. In addition, Lucia’s boosts get stronger when she can drain vitality from numerous people. On the downside, Lucia is unable to use Transfusion or any healing/support techniques while this ability is active. Furthermore, this technique is completely indiscriminate, making it hazardous for her allies as well.
▫ Trauma Control: Lucia uses her power to levitate and move things to force things towards any single direction, effectively imitating and transforming gravity. This kind of manipulation is far less sophisticated than the surgical precision of Transplant and Transfusion, allowing her to focus on targeting everything without caring about accuracy. In other words, this is the second exception to the restrictions of Transplant. Everything within her room is affected by the shifts in gravity. She uses these shifts to slam her opponents against surfaces for massive blunt trauma. Additionally, she can simultaneously levitate herself in different directions and use it to fly freely inside her room. However, as long as she keeps this power active, she can’t manipulate other objects in very accurate manner.
▫ Todesengel: Lucia’s ultimate skill. She activates Light Placebo, Check-up, Incision, Life Support and Trauma Control simultaneously, creating a completely dark space where people get their vitality drained constantly and gravity is three times the normal. She remains unaffected by the gravity and the darkness, but her opponents will only see her glowing eyes and the claws formed by Incision. Each swipe from her hands leaves five slash marks that cut apart anyone unlucky enough to get in the way. Due to immense strain caused by this move, Lucia can only keep it going for few minutes before collapsing.
