Most of the accents to his clothing, such as stitching and borders, are white. He also wears a metal chest piece and belt buckle. Those are the main exceptions to his "all black" attire. Aside from that, Lucian wears a black long sleeved shirt, black pants, which are of a strange length and end about mid-shin, black boots, black gloves (fingerless), and a black belt which supports a black cloth that hides the sides and backs of his legs. Abnormalities: Extremely feminine appearance and large angel wings tattooed on his back. BACKGROUND From the child's day of birth, there was confusion over gender. Lucian always looked like a girl, that is until someone saw... certain other parts. The doctor even first handed the infant to his father and introduced Lucian as "your daughter", but quickly changed his introduction upon further inspection. Born to a relatively normal family of bounty hunters (one human, one... not so normal human) who wanted nothing more than to raise a child, Lucian was brought into a world of strife and "vacations" to foreign places so Mommy or Daddy could "meet" a "business partner". The young child was fed lies for a lot of his childhood life. Until he was about 5, when his parents took the child under their wings to raise him into Mommy and Daddy's little bounty hunter. The young boy pulled from his mother's superhuman genes and developed his reflexes and vision rather early into his training. A lot of his expertise was found in acrobatics as opposed to feats of strength, as shown perfectly by his movement through Loguetown. Very rarely did he ever have to use a street. He just was never very strong, physically. He wasn't able to lift small armies like other super humans. Thanks to that weakness, his parents had to find a suitable fighting style for their son. For this, they looked and looked until they found the perfect style. The very same one Lucian still uses. Lucian was raised in the Night Hunter Order. A semi-religious organization that his parents were both members of. Once Lucian was able to make ripples of his own, his parents signed him right up and he began to fight for ranking in the organization. He and his family are all members of the Conscentia branch, though they fight for different reasons. Lucian just fights to see the next day. The young man, now 22, still has a bed at his parents home in Loguetown; though he travels the world in search of a "better" tomorrow. In search of fun and fighting. He is one of the few bounty hunters who will actually take jobs from pirates to hunt Marines, though he does so under a pseudonym "Sin". It is a modified katana with a blade running 70.3 cm. (or roughly 27.67 inches). The whole weapon is white and has a strange looking guard. The weapon was fitted for Lucian so as to allow him to fight his way as best he can. Concealed Daggers- Simply put, a set of daggers that Lucian keeps hidden up his sleeves at all times. They are, essentially, only used if he needs a smaller blade or if he gets disarmed. The handles are black with some silver inlays. Contender- A Simple, single shot, breech-loading firearm that Lucian carries in a sling behind him, attached to his hip, and hidden under his cover. The scope is a 20 power and is quickly removable. The whole firearm is black and fires .30-.30 rounds. Lucian hardly ever uses it, reserving it for distance encounters or as a backup to getting his sword taken away. Non-weapons Bullets Silencer for Contender 20 feet of Cordage hidden away in a pocket on the sling he holds Contender in. A mask that covers his face, making him "Sin". ABILITIES Acrobatics - Lucian grew up having to traverse the metaphorical concrete jungle that he lived in. As such, he developed his own way to get over objects as opposed to around them. He learned to run on walls for short periods of time, leap from wall to wall to ascend, and many other maneuvers of the such. Feather Weight - Thanks to Lucian's rather light weight and being completely built on lean, thin muscle; he is rather quick and agile. He doesn't tire out quickly and can run at a full sprint for a mile before he's winded. A shame he wasn't born with superhuman dexterity. This does, however, mean he isn't very physically strong. His gun is not easy for him to fire. His whole fighting style hinges upon his light weight, acrobatics, and reflexes. Kenbunshoku Haki - Kenbunshoku Haki, also known as Mantra on Skypiea, is a form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. With enough skill, one can use this Haki to predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack that much easier to evade. This prediction appears to the user as an image or brief "premonition" of what the opponent will do in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack actually "hits". It appears that the more killing intent the enemy has, the easier they are to predict. Although, more skilled users can predict future moves whether there are ambient murderous intents or not. RACIAL FEATURES Enhanced Reflexes - As if by fate, Lucian was gifted with enhanced reflexes to aid him when using his main fighting style. His reflexes are such that he finds cutting a bullet in half to be an easy matter. Enhanced Vision - Lucian was born with the ability to track a target coming toward him near flawlessly. This allows him to do things like cutting bullets in half. He has some trouble focusing on multiple targets, but anything less than 5 or 6 is doable.
