The helmet has a pair of small wings. Abnormalities: 3 pairs of wings. BACKGROUND Verity was born on Sky Island. She descended from a long lost linage of Birkans. At first, she was welcomed into the world with open arms. Soon, the mother found out that Verity was born deaf. She cried for days, cursing herself about how she couldn't have a perfect child. The father became delusional and decided to make her even more imperfected. His version of imperfection was covering her eyes and burning the skin away around her eyes repeatedly over the years. Verity was tormented for many years and no one knew about this torment she was enduring through. Verity had enough of this torment and decided that her life would be better if it was gone. She was about eleven when she took a sucidal dive from the edge of the white sea to the world below. It was as if she was descending from heaven but it was quite the opposite. She was descending from a hidden hell. She blacked out during her dive below. The next thing she knew, she woke up to see that a man had somehow saved her. But Verity remembered her scared face and quickly covered them. This man was a pirate captain, a kind one. He took Verity under his wing and treated her like his own daughter. He had a helmet made for Verity that covered the imperfections of her face and Verity was finally somewhat comfortable. The captain taught her many things. Especially when she ate her devil fruit that granted her the powers of vibrations. With the devil fruit she was able to easily communicate by the vibrations of their voices and she learned how to speak. Though her speaking is very rare occasion. Verity was loved by the crew and had a pleasing relaxing life. She decided she wanted to purge the world of violence and corruption. By the time Verity was a young teen. A young boy was taken into the crew. His name was Cross. At this time, Verity had a small crush on him and became awkward when he was around her. The crush developed even further when she was rescued by Cross when she left the crew on a temporary leave after the pirate captain died. She came back and joined his crew as his first mate. Soon after that, Cross asked her out. Verity had somehow said yes and they started to date. The playful dates soon eveloved into a serious relationship and they are now engaged. Though Verity had not allowed Cross to kiss her or anything beyond that for she is still tramuatized by her childhood and people touching her. Each ball is wound up with silver chains and is covered by a golden brace bearing multiple of spikes that will cause severe damage if hit. The handle is made of gold with white bandages wrapped around it for better grip. The silver chains has an ability to extend up to eight feet in length, causing the weapon to quickly convert into a mid-range weapon. Justice and Reason - Justice and Reason are twin golden scythe. They are both designed in the exact same way with an elaborate blade. Their names are inscribed into the top edge of the blade. They are able to connect together at the ends and simply transform into a double scythe. Non-weapons A pet bald-headed eagle named Freedom [he doesn't do much really, just keeps Verity company] ABILITIES Painful Truth :: An ability where Verity is able to spread her wings and shoot out feathers that will transform into hardened spikes that pierces an enemy down. Speed :: Verity's true speed shows when she is in flight or somewhere in the air. Not many can beat her in a race in the air. Strength :: Despite Verity's frail body frame.
