BACKGROUND Two lives started on Amazon Lily when one man named Max visited a particular tribe of Kuja on the island. One of those lives was male and went on to be known as Jack and was destined for great things. The other was female and went on to be known as Leopard Lily. Leopard grew up among the Kuja, meaning that her upbringing was rather interesting. She fought and fought from a young age, but never to the death or anything. The fights were always just to better one's self. She grew up thinking that the world was just full of women. She didn't even know what a man was until that one, fateful day when she was nine years old. On that day, a small crew of flat chested, bearded people appeared among the Kuja. While most of the crew did their own thing, Leopard took to talking to one of the members specifically. His name was Rico. Rico told the young girl about the outside world and about him. He opened her eyes to what the world was actually like. They became really close during his stay. Sadly, however, Rico had to leave. Leopard thought about him every day while he was gone, even over the years. She made it her goal to fight harder than anyone else so she could become strong and leave the island to pursue him. She was in love. And fight she did. She fought everyone and everything she could. Over the years, Rico even visited from time to time. The two would visit during the day, but at night, Leopard could never seem to find him. She always just assumed he went back to his ship. This went on for quite a long time, until Leopard picked up what she could and left with him one time. To join the Marines and make him fall in love with her. She clawed through the ranks to be as close to him as she could be until she reached the rank of Rear Admiral. She serves on board Rico's ship. ADDITIONAL INFO PERSONAL DRIVE: Love. The gauntlet on the left is larger than the one on her right, but they are functionally the same. The left one can just act as a shield better. Hidden inside of her gauntlets are the firing mechanisms for shotguns positioned all around the gauntlets. She had them made smaller for her right gauntlet so she could keep it slightly lighter. The gauntlets looks as though they're made of gold and both cover up to her elbow, though her right gauntlet has a spiked elbow cover. Non-weapons Shotgun Shells: Leopard carries six small bandoliers of shotgun shells at all times. She keeps a stone off of Amazon Lily on a necklace. The stone has a special carving from her mother. Jet Dial -- For now, Leopard had a jet dial installed in her right gauntlet, inside the elbow guard. She uses it to punch harder and faster, though has been known to use it for movement from time to time. ABILITIES Busoshoku Haki: Another form of Haki that allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves. This armor can protect the user from attacks and push aggressors away. Similar to Tekkai, precious few can overpower the defenses of a Busôshoku Haki-user, as demonstrated by Luffy striking Marigold hard enough with Gear 2 moves to send her reeling, and Kizaru piercing through Marco with his lasers; it is currently unknown as to what extent or to how long can a proficient user maintain this effect. With training, it can be further honed into a weapon with which to strike others, like the Kuja's arrows. This type of Haki enhances the power of any attack, be it melee or ranged, and also allows the user to bypass the powers of a Devil Fruit user, striking the user's human body beneath whatever protection the Fruit may provide, even in the case of body-altering Devil Fruits such as Paramecia or Logia users. Fist Fighting Specialist: Leopard was trained from childhood to fight, specifically with her fists. As Kujas typically do, she fought quite a bit. Even though it was mainly for sport, the combat was training. Endurance: The battering that a young Kuja takes in the usual tourneys would give anyone thick skin and teach them to keep going. Leopard tires out generally slower than most thanks to some of the longer fights she had growing up.
