Goa Kingdom was something of the pride and joy of East Blue. At least, if you were a nobleman. It was a land that had been 'blessed' to have been visited by the World Nobles - the Tenryuubito. It was a great Kingdom that stood out against the comparatively modest East Blue. As such, it was not considered unusual when, upon deciding where to have a Gala for the nobles and the World Government in East Blue, they decided to hold it in East Blue. Influential figures in the World Government and within East Blue itself were invited to dine and speak with one another at what could be considered an extravagant dinner party. Goa Kingdom was moving up in the world, so naturally it wanted to make itself presentable.
That was why, of course, Justine had been called in. The Gala was going to need security if it was to host members of the World Government, so they had decided that someone of Justine's caliber was suited to the job. The blonde woman stood near the entrance of the room, dressed in a black suit with a white, buttoned-up business shirt and a black tie. She composed herself in an air of sophistication - with a smile that was not too friendly and a calm demeanor that displayed great self-control and politeness. it told people that, even as someone who was hired to serve them, she was still of aristocratic stock. Someone to be respected. She was, after all, the daughter of a noble family. Even while functioning as security, she had a reputation to keep.
She was not alone on this mission, she knew. Two Vice Admirals had also been invited to provide security. Needless to say, it was a sign of just how important this Gala was. In a room full of nobles, it would be disastrous to let criminals bring harm to the noble aristocrats who had been invited. Watching as the guests spoke with one another while drinking fine wine, Justine remained still and observed. She had already taken advantage of her own unique abilities by sprouting three eyes around the room, watching the people from different vantage points. She made sure not to sprout them in obvious places - no need to let the nobles get freaked out by a Devil Fruit user, after all. Still, she remained quiet, awaiting the Vice Admirals she would be working with for this evening.
