No river ran in or out of the lake, nor was there a waterfall or any other geological form that would otherwise disturb the resting water and destroy the nearly perfect reflection of those who looked into the lake, as well as the crescant moon and starry night sky itself. If one had good vision, they would just barely see the soft pink coloration of the cherry blossom trees which bordered the entirety of the lake; it was 'spring' in Wano Country, making the trees have very vibrantly colored petals that many often romanticized over in all kinds of literary works. There were no authors spending their time at the lake in this time of night, though, but there were sounds. Grasshoppers, frogs and all other kinds of life sung in the night as they always did, yet this night had one extra noise that would liekly catch one's attention. The soft echo of a small harp's strings vibrated through the night, each one gently strung in the form of a slow, solemn melody. The young voice of a girl quietly sung with the melody as it played out in the night; it was Akisa. She was sitting by the side of the lake, near it's shore. Her right arm had been transformed into a harp from her forearm down so that the 'center' of her arm had the strings and the 'top and bottom' had the arms of the harp. This harp was resting on Akisa's lap as she strung, her eyes closed while she sung. Unlike how most people would know her, Akisa was actually singing with a gentle emotion behind her voice; soft, yet completely calm, "Gra~nd sight a-bove, grant us so-lace. Gi~ve us peace, give us our true path. Lo~ving hands a-bove, don't leave us now. De~em our sails safe and sound for us. No~ mat-ter what, we need your help. Gi~ve us peace, give us our true path." The song continued like this for quite some time; Akisa seemed to be really into the song, fully relieved of stress. She would continue to play for quite some time, sparingly taking a few breaks of silence while she took in her environment around her before repeating the song. Personality, he believed it was a waste of time but he didn't feel like being home with his wife, who wanted to go shopping for some new cloths. Barbarossa just wanted to be at home, cleaning his nodachi and sharping the bad boy for a worthy opponent. Sighing, he realized no matter what he did, he was screwed by the job and love ones. Pausing for a second, he quickly remember Lenore asked from a pack of cigarettes. Heading to the nearest store, the admiral brought his beloved wife the cigarettes, she desired to keep himself out of trouble. For the hell of it, the marine bought a bottle of liquor and asked directions for the nearest lake. Seeing how it was no use and asking everyone question in the middle of the night, Barbarossa would just camp underneath the stars and watch the beauty of the moon. Traveling to the lake, Barbarossa opened the bottle and taking small sip. However, there was a problem with his produce. It was new liquor, maybe a year old at most? Therefore it didn't have that strong taste he was quiet used too but seeing how he payed good money and was too far to return the liquor, Barbarossa was gonna finish the drink even thought it taste like dirty. The marine finally reached the lake and immediately, he saw the beauty which is life and gave a smirk then bowed his head, thanking God for the creation of all. Raising his head towards the stars and moon, their lovely appearance was out of this world. Even with the world as corrupt as this one, there still remained some peace but sadly, it was only in the sky at night. Barbarossa knew with all the pain he carried and tried to create justice, it was simply pointless. There was always gonna be someone to cause trouble but even tho, there is someone will continue to fight the good fight. At this current time, it was his turn to fight the fight. Eventually, it will end for him and he will find peace but not now, not yet. Barbarossa still had things to complete before time was up. Taking another sip, the marine noticed a low tone voice had made it's way into his ears. It was peaceful singing but still, he didn't know whom voiced it belonged too. Being a man who didn't trust, he grabbed his nodachi and headed into the direction of the sing, prepared. Before his eyes, he sound a girl. Still the man remained on guard and in the shadows. "Why is a girl like you, alone?" Barbarossa asked, looking around the area followed his eyes locking onto the girl. He needed a small idea to know whether he dealing with someone of power or something else. Perhaps at best, it was nothing but these days, Barbarossa couldn't trust many.
