OBJECTIVES:

-Oversee the black-box execution
-Ensure safety measures are taken to prevent escape of prisoner.
-Should containment be broken, engage and execute prisoner with extreme prejudice or take any measures possible to prevent the escape of prisoner.

Description of Job: A secret execution is to be taking place at a "neutral" pirate and world government location. A high priority prisoner has been deemed too dangerous to be held at impel down, and has demonstrated the potential to be a threat to the world government or, more likely, the world itself should non-appropriate action be taken. As a result, it has been determined that this individual, who will be referred to by the codename " Judecca" , is to be executed via use of "Black Box".

The black box method execution states that if an individual is simply too dangerous to exist in any form of civilization, they will be sealed in container otherwise known as the black box, made out of a composite of [REDACTED]. The sealed black box shall then be dropped into nautical location [REDACTED], otherwise known as the "Abyss". The location shall then, according to treaty, be sealed to prevent remains and/or any possible escape of Judecca. As this is a neutral location, organized pirates agreeing to the terms of neutrality may oversee the execution to ensure their interests are met, but as the procedure contains military secrets they will not be allowed access to restricted areas or allowed to bring any personnel onto the premises. Any marines attempting to arrest or harm high-ranking pirates overseeing the execution will be subject to the fullest punishment of laws guarding the neutrality of this even, up to and including treason against the government.

The location, [REDACTED], is an extremely forested and largely uninhabited island save for the base manned according to the grand line neutrality treaty. the island has limited infrastructure, including dirt roads patrolled by armored vehicles and several abandoned docks.

The objectives are simple: the individuals in this are assigned to oversee the transport of the prisoner from a retrofitted prison barge docked at an island to the abyss. they are then to ensure that the prisoner enters the black box and the box is properly sealed. at this point, they are to observe the box being dropped into the abyss and the abyss being sealed before the objective is declared completed.

Combat reports indicate that several unidentified ships have been sunk in violation of the grand line neutrality treaty. in these reports there appear to be indications that the ships in question were canvasing and studying the island, which creates the possibility of an attack. Agents, both pirate and marine, are advised to be on guard. Atmospheric disturbances not natural to the area have also been reported. Expect dangerous weather, and possible breaks in communication and power.
