Eventually he made a friend who was from a family of parents during his day of challenges until the unfortunate day arrived. He can still remember the scenes like if it happened yesterday. It was sunny at the time and the sun was about to rise to its apex until a fleet of pirates invaded. They came and took whatever riches the villagers had. Food , money and even women. His mother was among one of the hostages though she protested and then unfortunate happened to her during the struggling process. This event marked a scar upon the youth's live since it happened right in front of his eyes. He went up in the mountains to hunt at the time and had just returned to find out his mother's dead body. A traumatizing experience he had to live through with no one by his side. By the time he got back , the pirates sailed off already. He survived through hunger and dark moments during the next few months. He secluded himself in absolute darkness before he eventually saw the light. It was at that moment he decided to join the Marine Force. He trained to his fullest potential since then with only the single ideal of vengeance within his head. His logic was simple. Since he does not know the name of the pirates that killed his mother ,he'll just have to eliminate them all. Driven by the ideal of revenge it did not took long before the higher ups recognized his talents. He quickly rose in rank within the next few years compared to the lazy bums he worked with most of the time. He was ready to accept on any kind of jobs as long as it had a link with the word pirate. He was even willing to do the dirtiest of the jobs while others slacked off and slept all day. His chance eventually came when he took out the Daryn's pirate crew. This marked a great sign of recognition upon his military profile. He and his teammates were rewarded for their dedicating work though what the higher ups did not realize was that Spades single handily took out the pirate crew alone. It was only until much later on that they realized the fact about his monstrous strength and potential when he easily took down a vice admiral thus granting him the title. Since that day , Spades have been continuously tracking down pirates with a vengeful and murderous mentality. He was known among the Marine Corp to be one of the coldest and cruel some Vice Admiral. People who worked under him often had no time to joke about anything and pirates that heard his name often shivered in fear. He was recognized for his way of the sword and his title as One Man Army across the sea. Since then the young Vice Admiral had only dreamed of one thing to satisfy his inner desire as he kept reciting this same phrase other day. ''For the preservation of a blue and pure world...'' The blade itself is rather long compared to normal katanas this one would be at 140 centimetres. The blade’s hue is a bright-silver color and glistens regardless of the light in the area; even in the dark it shines slightly emitting light. It is kept within its holder most of the time. Down the length of both sides of the blade, a lotus motif has been indented into the blade and outlined in white. Aside from this, the blades handle is wrapped in a tight gold weaving with black studs holding it all together; meanwhile, the hand guard is star in shape with no real decorations covering it. Runic symbols are carved along the blade's body as it symbolizes "Sword of the Gathering Clouds of Heaven". Legend has it that this blade is one of the three secret imperial artifacts. The blade is reputed for its unbreakable nature. Knives - Small knives that can be used for throwing and stabbing people. Non-weapons Cards Gourd ABILITIES Heaven Ripper Spades places his sword back before gathering energy and then performs a single slash to send out a wave that would almost cut through almost anything within his eyesight range. The friction of the sword through the air is so strong that it causes a small whirlwind that would send anyone within fifty feet of the user a few feet back if they are not griping on to something. The slash produces a circular wave in the form of a crescent moon although it is invisible. The size of the slash depends on how much strength the user put into it and also how long the user's arms stretched. The skill can be used to cut through other spells or to cut through solid matter and opponents altogether although they can dodge it pretty easily since the attack still remains to be a sword slash. The opponent will not be caught within the attack as long as their body is not caught by the linear line. Buso Haki - It allows the user to use their spirit as armor to defend against attacks or to make their own attacks more potent. RACIAL FEATURES Super Strength - Due to his bloodline Spades possesses a monstrous kind of strength that allows him to punch through and bend solid matters. The strength is so ridiculous that a punch of his could create a crater upon contact. High stamina - The long years of military training has given him the ability to last a lot longer then any ordinary people in combat. Enhanced Eye - By giving up his sensing skill , Spades eyes can track down the high speed moving objects/movements. They are special kind of eyes that allows him to visualize even the slightest movements and sometime even seeing them in slow motion. It its to be mentioned that although his eyes can track down the movements does not necessarily mean that his body can keep up with the speed.
