Subject to his loving parents, and an overwhelming amount of caring relatives and neighbors, he wanted for nothing as a child. When he was four, he had to say goodbye to Loguetown, and move with his parents back down onto the sky so his father could continue his work. They settled on Skypiea, and his parents set about making it into a safe haven for anyone and everyone who wanted for a peaceful community. Between working out in the town, and managing his other charity projects, his father was a very busy man, but he still made all the time he could to spend playing with his son. When he became old enough, he would follow him around all day while he took care of problems that had arisen and managing different aspects of the island. Residents began calling him, "little manager", and if they weren't doing anything important, would consent to his whatever important orders he had for them (Usually getting his candy, or letting him paint on their faces). It was a wonderful time for him. When he turned 18, after more than a decade and a half of listening to his father's stories of the sea, he decided he wanted to go sail the sea too. Love immediately rejected the idea, not because he didn't like it, he was overjoyed that his son wished to sail the world, he simply didn't want him going off on his own like that. Luckily, his mother Allecia interfered, saying Sicarius was more than prepared to go on his own adventure. The argument went back and forth for weeks, before his father finally gave in. He said he had known he would one day want to explore the world, and he just hadn't wanted to admit his little boy had grown up. The guard is formed like a pair of bird wings, inlaid with a gray-colored material. Its grip is wrapped with red leather with a pattern made of circles dyed into it.
