At a very young age Akisa Keryan had found and taken a bite of the Devil Fruit Mamo Mamo no Mi, of the Wear Wear Fruit, giving Akisa the ability, well... to change into a variety of clothes and gadgets. Akisa's parents, Renikiya and Lenan Keryan, were both retired pirates by the time they had begun to raise Akisa and her four sisters and brothers, all of which are at least one year younger than Akisa, who is the oldest child. Akisa's entire family is currently living or based out of Macchina di Terrano. Akisa's parents are in their early forties as well. The reason for their early retirement was unknown, but they seemed wealthy and 'persuasive' enough to give all of their children a good upbringing. Curiously, Renikiya seems very reluctant to let any of her children actually become pirates, but Lenan undermines her wishes by edging them on to do whatever they want.Akisa's power has a bad side-effect that causes it to be sensitive to emotion. Until further notice Akisa's body will fragment into a fractured, useless armor if her body expressions are not strictly controlled. This makes Akisa appear emotionless to people around her. Akisa would love making any kind of friend, but due to the instability of her power the girl needs to keep her emotions in check with a power that suppresses every outward emotion she shows. While Akisa will still have emotion, nobody will see these emotions. Since Akisa generally has a very low self esteem she is too afraid to speak to people on her own... but she would never turn away someone if they came up to her. On the contrary, she'd actually try to keep them near her until they told her she was being annoying or something.
How much of a friend someone could be to Chiyoko is completely up to the other to decide: Chiyoko is a pretty desperate young woman."Jack, he'll always be a friend. More than a friend?... Akisa is primarily interested in the platonic aspects of love, aka the spiritual side. Appearance, sex, making out, gender, Akisa doesn't appeal to those things nearly as much as the actual connection with a lover. She just wants someone to connect closely with, someone she can love who connects with her even closer than any familial tie, regardless of how she acts outwardly. Akisa is a huge sucker for the cheesiest of romantic lines, though. One of her favorite past times is romance novels and comics...

Just... wow. You'd have to do something AMAZINGLY horrible for Akisa to become an enemy with you. The young woman is a big glutton for emotional punishment, like a vast sea in one really big bowl. Akisa might get mad at something someone says or does for a short while, though it does not take long for Akisa to give in and only blame herself.
The only way to really be Akisa's enemy is if someone regards her as an enemy. Seriously, then she has no choice but to be their enemy. Of course, causing physical pain to anyone (including herself), ESPECIALLY ANY SORT OF ANIMAL works just as well. While Chiyoko could easily be intimidated by anyone [[She's pretty easy to scare]] Chiyoko has a pretty deep love for animals, even though they don't love her.
