Required Information:

• Name of Crew: What's your crew's name?
  
• Faction: Pirate or Marine?
  
• Jolly Roger: Just an image of what your crew's jolly roger looks like [Mandatory for acceptance]
  
• Goals: What does the crew hope to accomplish?
  
• Theme: Completely optional, but some crews do follow a theme.
  
• Ship: A good crew isn't as good without a good ship. Image link to your crew's ship.
  • Extra Description: For those of you who think a picture can't describe how amazing your boat is, here's a place that you can tell us all about your ship. (Optional)
• Approval: Leave this blank, it's for the Staff.
  
• Crew: Alright, here, list the positions you have. Make it really pretty and stuff. Add Icons of the characters, etc. A list of the crew positions can be found on the Pirate information thread.
