APPEARANCEHeight: 5'10"
Weight: 186 lbs.
Hair Color: Silvery platinum blond, as if it was made of strands of pure silver threads.
Eye Color: Naturally azure blue, but the right eye is crimson red, due to it's mechanical nature.
Attire: Jack has interesting taste, switching between three outfits based on situation.
A sleek and stylish outfit made for a trickster-like style, the coat of this outfit is long, with a unique collar and lapels, and tattered end, all in gray with black trim. Underneath is a raised-collared shirt, in either red, black, or white, with a crimson tie. Covering his legs are dark gray jeans, with pistol holsters on either hip, and specialized boots, low in the front and high in the back, with a zipper up the back, gilded trim around the tops, and very soft, supple soles, allowing for a silent step at any speed. Finally, his hair is pulled back into a long, narrow tail, and his head is topped with a hat reminiscent of a mix of a fedora and a stetson. Around his waist is a bandolier, loaded with bullets.
An outfit designed for mechanicwork, comprised of plain dark-gray pants, a black t-shirt, crossed belts around his waist, and a multicolor striped headband, holding his long, wild hair back from his face. In this outfit, he doesn't wear his gloves or shoes.
When in disguise as Nanashi, he wears an outfit comprised of a pair of thick, black cotton pants, a red shirt, and a long black coat, with leather on the shoulders and upper back, with sections of crimson red at the bottom, and a crimson inner lining, with both sleeves open. His feet are covered by thick leather boots with the same soft soles as his usual boots. As with all of his outfits, he wears a pair of fingerless black leather gloves, as he despises anyone touching his hands. In this outfit, his hair is hidden within a hood, and his face behind a ghostly white mask which inspires fear in all who see it.
Abnormalities: The remaining organics parts of Jack's left shoulder and upper legs are heavily scarred from the incident that caused his need of prosthetics. As well, his right hand is fairly scarred from swordfighting and blacksmithing, and there is a very faint, barely visible scar around his mechanical eye, in the shape of an X. BACKGROUND A large manor, just north of the main of Macchina di Terrano. A young couple give birth to a happy, strong baby boy. A boy with hair of silver, and eyes as azure blue as the very sea. The child's grandmother, Platina, walked into the room, and stated that she would be naming the child, as was customary in their family. So, Platina decided to name the boy Johnathan, after his grandfather. Jack for short.
Over the next four years, Jack appeared to not only be rather smart for his age, but he had asked his grandmother to teach him to fight. As such, Platina decided to train the boy, teaching him how to use weapons. The training was rather grueling, because Platina held a secret. Before becoming pregnant with Jack's father and deciding that it was time to move back to her hometown with her family, Platina was head gunner on Gold Roger's crew. Throughout the training, Platina would recount stories of her days on the seas with Roger's crew.
Eight more years passed, and, during his training with Platina, Jack had met two children about his own age, a boy named Brooklyn, and a young girl, and became quick friends with them. The girl had a keen interest in machines, which intrigued Jack. As more time passed, Jack soon fell in love with the girl, though he was too shy to tell her. So, he continued his training, and continued to spend time with the girl.
Jumping forward another three years, to when Jack was fifteen. Life was ideal, he had gotten in trouble with Brooklyn various times, and hanging out a lot with the young lady, until one day in the summer, disaster struck. The village was attacked by bandits. Jack, finding out about the bandits, tried to confront them, managing to incapacitate two of the five large men. Unfortunately for Jack, he had only then realized that his friend, the girl he loved, was being held captive by the bandits.
Jack, in his rage over the capture of the girl, charged at the men. But, he lost his composure, simply making him an easy target. The leader of the bandits, wielding a large axe, struck down upon Jack's left shoulder, severing the entire arm. Roaring out in pain, Jack doubled over, where the bandit leader struck at Jack's legs with his axe, severing the tendons. The second bandit, upset that his boss was having all the "fun", decided to stab Jack's right eye, permanently damaging it. Almost immediately after this, three gunshots were heard, and the bandits all fell, downed by bullets to the head.
After receiving medical treatment, Jack became depressed. He couldn't fight. He couldn't train. And worst of all, he couldn't protect the girl that he loved. But, the girl knew how to fix this. Over the next two years, while Jack was recuperating, the girl had decided to design mechanical replacements for what Jack had lost. New legs, a new arm, a new eye. She knew that this would cheer him up.
As the girl finished the prosthetics, she hurriedly brought them to Jack, and told him of what she had done for him. She requested that he have them attached immediately. After Jack was wheeled out of the room, he placed his new feet upon the ground, and walked over to the girl. He immediately hugged her, something he was unable to do for two long years. He then turned away, and sighed. He looked into her eyes, and lowly said "I can't stay. I have to go out into the world and get stronger. Otherwise, I couldn't protect you. And I couldn't stand to lose...the one I love the most. I won't be coming back to this place until I become strong enough to protect everyone. I'm sorry, and farewell. We'll be together again, for sure."
As Jack walked out of the hospital, Platina walked up to him, handing him a pair of swords, red and blue, and a matching pair of guns, which she used in her pirate days. As well, he gathered various books on mechanics, and a good amount of Beli to sustain him. With that, Jack said his farewells, and set off on his travels, hoping to grow. Hoping to become strong. Strong enough to protect those he loves.
Shortly after leaving his homeland, he joined up with a crew, not realizing at the time exactly who the captain was. For a long year, Jack served as the shipwright on the woman known as Ace's crew. After about a month with her crew, he came across a crate in the storage of the ship, which appeared to be unopened and rather old. Cracking it open, he found something intriguing inside. A strange fruit, similar to a manga, but in various shades of red and blue, and covered in swirls. Being quite hungry at the time, Jack simply devoured the fruit without thinking, only realizing afterward that it was a Devil Fruit. From there on, he practiced daily with his new powers, aiming to master them quickly. It didn't take him long to get the hang of them, and before long, he was creating near-perfect illusions. However, all good things must come to an end, and after a year, the captain, Ace, had been arrested, and sent away. Jack, suspecting they'd have executed her on the spot, assumed her dead, and slipped away in the night to continue on his own way, and kept his captain in his memories.
Before long, Jack had made his way into the New World, passing through Fishman Island as a stowaway on a pirate ship to get in, and another different one to get out. Upon reaching the New World, he made his presence on the ship known, and made the crew a deal. If they could defeat him in battle, they could decide his fate. But if he were to win, he would decide their's. Within a mere moment, the entire crew went down without even any effort. Jack had decided that, rather than have them swim with the sharks, he'd make them his own crew, and become a legend in the New World. He would soon take on the name of Nanashi, to hide his true self, and use this crew and his own power to become one of the infamous Yonkou, who ruled over the New World. However, although he enjoyed the life of a Yonkou, it took a heavy toll on him to constantly keep up his masquerade, so he had an idea. He would find another crew, and join as a low-profile member once again, a shipwright, and moonlight as Nanashi. Since then, his life has been both fun and exciting, and only greater adventures await.
ADDITIONAL INFOPERSONAL DRIVE: Jack doesn't want all too much. Really, he just wants people to know and remember his name, to become a historical figure, just like Gold Roger. However, there is one person he lives for, and would give anything to protect.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 508px; height: 740px; background-image:url('http://i.imgur.com/xvJao.png');] JACK S. D C. NIGHT ABILITIES AND INVENTORY INVENTORYWeapons
- Ignis and Glacias: Jack's signature swords, a pair of blades designed by the theme of fire and ice, made of incredibly high-quality steel. As of now, the trigger of Ignis is merely aesthetic. Glacias is sometimes wielded reverse-handled, and it's rare for Jack to wield one without the other. When not in use, both are sheathed on Jack's left hip, edge down. The sheathes are an exact fit, and are surprisingly plain, being naught more than black painted laquered wood. Strangely, both swords bear a mysterious crest that Jack has yet to identify.
- Cthugha and Ithaqua: Jack's dual guns, and his signature firearms. First is Cthugha, a flame-red special clip-fed handgun designed to load 13 shots. Oddly, the final shot is always an explosive round. Second is Ithaqua, an icy-blue revolver designed to hold 7 shots rather than 6. The two guns, designed and used as a pair, symbolize a perfect balance, and are rarely if ever used seperately. When not in use, they're holstered hanging just below Jack's hips in plain black-leather holsters, Cthugha on the right, Ithaqua on left.
- Banger Bots: Curious little robots that Jack invented, Banger Bots are effectively walking time bombs, following a designated target until.....BANG! They explode! Somehow or another, despite not carrying a bag of parts, Jack can manage to make one any time, any where.
- Glitter Squall: A special type of small bomb Jack invented. In form, it appears to be like a small stick of dynamite, no more than three inches long and an inch thick, spiraled with lines of matte black and glittery white. When lit, the fuse last for ten seconds (The span from one post to the next), and the explosion has a radius of five feet. The bombs have a quite unique function, because, rather than being made to damage the foe, instead intended to spread a special "glitter" around the foe, made of small reflective metal flakes, and reflects light very easily, which can either be used to strategically blind the foe, or to reflect light in a way that amplifies or multiplies Jack's mirages.
- Pepper Popper: A curious weapon, sinister in purpose, the Pepper Poppers are special "bombs" made by stuffing spicy peppers full of Night-brand gunpowder, then sticking another, smaller gunpowder-filled pepper inside. There is no fuse, as the explosion is triggered by the victim biting into the pepper. Most often, this is achieved by Jack sticking the pepper in their mouth, then striking their chin. The spice of the pepper is roughly equivalent to a Scorpion Pepper. These are normally carried in very small number.
- Screamin' Sally: A terrifying weapon, Screamin' Sallies are Jack's answer to flashbangs, producing a bright red light and a loud screeching squeal upon detonation. The Screamin' Sallies come in two varieties, one with a timed fuse, and one that explodes on impact, differentiated with a red band around the timed fuse variant, and a blue band around the impact variant. As for the bombs themselves, they appear to be silver spheres, made of a special resin, and sized to fit perfectly in Jack's palm.
- Snappin' Lizards: A sinister bomb, designed to look like a string of firecrackers strung in ten horizontal rows of two. However, unlike fire crackers, these little devils are made specifically to harm the intended target, jumping into the air with the first blast, and unleashing hell with the remaining nineteen. The individual "crackers" are striped in red and black, though Jack refuses to elaborate whether they're black with red stripes, or red with black stripes.
- Hornet Nest: Another wicked bomb, made specifically for non-lethal take-down of large groups, the Hornet Nests are effectively sting grenades, medium-sized gray plastic balls filled with explosives and metal ball-bearings, which, upon detonation, scatter at high velocity, causing massive pain to any flesh impacted, but rarely leaving permanent damage.
- Antlion Bite: The only bomb not meant to be dropped or thrown, the Antlion Bite is a specially-made mine, crafted to be much like a trap version of the Hornet Nest, which fires the ball-bearings upwards, often into the unfortunate victim's groin region. The mine itself is a three-foot wide metal disc, with a foot wide plastic dome in the center, containing the explosive charge and the ball bearings. Any pressure applied to the metal plate above sixty pounds activates the charge. These are most often made on-the-spot as needed, due to the difficulty in transporting them.
- Alice in Wonderland: Jack's most wicked bomb, despite the entire inability to do any physical damage. Rather, Alice in Wonderland is a gas grenade, shaped like an early-model fragmentation grenade, but painted in a myriad of fanciful colors, hinting at and yet belying the nature of the contents. You see, the gas inside the Alice in Wonderland is a powerful hallucinogen, derived from various rare plants cultivated by Jack in his "Secret Garden", and upon the inhalation of this rainbow-colored gas, victims begin to immediately see vivid hallucinations, some fanciful, some disturbing, and some downright horrifying, but always intensely colorful.
- Snake in the Grass: A long, narrow green bomb, approximately five inches long and a half-inch thick, with segments making up the bottom third of the bomb. These segments are air pockets, which rupture base on a timed delay once the fuse is lit, allowing the bomb, when thrown or placed on the ground, to zip forward in a zig-zag pattern, releasing a hiss with each rupture.
- Sensation Rafflesia: : Another non-explosive gas grenade, this one colored red with white rosettes. The lavender gas inside, rendered from the nectar and pollen of the Vulu Pulu Rafflesia, enhances all of the senses of the victim to extreme levels, causing disorienting and painful sensory overload. The fun part is that the gas doesn't just affect the "five senses", but rather all twenty-odd proper senses, including one's sense of timing, sense of temperature, and sense of location in comparison to oneself.
- Cool Breeze: An odd "bomb" that looks like a small rubber ball, about the size of a racquetball. The trick to it is that, upon a significant enough impact, the rubber will puncture, letting out an intense blast of pressurized air, which feels rather hot due to the release of energy after pressurization.
- Wind's Fang: A set of thirty throwing knives, sorted into ten sets of three. The blades are forged much like a katana, only in a smaller package, with the handles wrapped in supple leather, and having a finger-ring and a wire-loop integrated into the design, As for size, the knives are approximately four to five inches of blade length, a hilt of three inches, and an inch from the edge of the blade to back. The knives are holstered in the groupings of three in various locations, for easy drawing and hard detection.
- Gigaton: A specially modified anchor, redesigned with sharp bladed edges for combat purposes. Wielded exclusively when disguised as Nanashi.
Non-weapons
- Baby Den Den Mushi : A small, greyish Baby Den Den Mushi Jack usually has strapped to his wrist. It is also connected to the speakers in his shoulder, allowing him to use it as a megaphone.
- Black Symphonia: Jack's violin, his pride and joy. Most of the time, if Jack isn't training or performing maintenance on his prosthetics, he'll be playing this violin, a memento of his father.
- Playing Cards with Case: Two decks of playing cards Jack carries around, strapped to his belt. Though identical, the two decks are vastly different, in that, while one is a normal deck of cards, the other is actually fake cards made from sheets of steel, used as throwing weapons.
- Cigarette Case + Cigarettes:Jack's cigarettes, as well as the case he carries them in. He only smokes flavored cigarettes, usually coffee, vanilla, or cinnamon.
- Cigarette Lighter: Jack's cigarette lighter, a gift from his mother.
- Bobby Pins: A set of seven bobby pins, hidden inside the tail of Jack's hair. The pins serve seemingly no purpose, but are actually strategically placed to be inconspicuous, and can be converted into lockpicks in seconds.
- Night-brand Gunpowder: A special mixture trademarked by Jack, containing both mineral and organic ingredients, such as Fire Lily nectar, powdered calcium, flakes of titanium, and strontium salt. Because of these, the powder is much more reactive, increasing the explosive force five-fold, the powder ignites on contact with water, and produces mixed dark scarlet and bright silver sparks of flame upon explosion. Jack produces the powder by the barrel, referred to as powder kegs, and stores them in a specially-made blast-proof chamber
- A simple squirt gun, carried for unknown reasons.
ABILITIES- Superhuman Speed and Endurance: Because of an insane amount of training, as well as an incredible pain tolerance, Jack has attained an incredible level of speed, as well as the endurance to handle the pressure such speeds could cause. This also gives the bonus of increasing his damage output, and reducing damage he would take.
- Busoshoku Haki allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves. Similar to Tekkai, this allows the user to defend against attacks that would otherwise cause them harm. Only significant physical force can overcome this defense. Naturally this "invisible armor" can be used as a weapon to strike others with. It can be used to augment the user's own attacks, projected ahead of the user as pure brute force, or imbued in weapons to increase their effectiveness. Any attack enhanced by Busoshoku Haki hits immensely harder than it would normally be without it. The Kuja's Haki-imbued arrows, for example, are capable of penetrating solid stone.
This type of Haki also has the ability to bypass the powers of a Devil Fruit user, touching the "substantial body" beneath whatever protection the fruit provides, such as the case of body-altering Devil Fruits such as Logia users. However, unlike seastone it does not negate a user's Devil Fruit powers, allowing them to defend themselves, and continue fighting normally. By the same effect, Haki can also be used as a higher level of offensive, moreso than just bypassing a foe's Devil Fruit powers. It can be used to harden parts of one's body, turning the area black, making the user denser and more formidable, and giving their attacks greater power.
- Kenbunshoku Haki: Kenbunshoku Haki is a form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. With enough skill, one can use this Haki to predict an opponent's moves shortly before they make them, thereby making the attack that much easier to evade. This prediction appears to the user as an image or brief "premonition" of what the opponent will do in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack actually "hits". It appears that the more killing intent the enemy has, the easier they are to predict. Although, more skilled users can predict future moves whether there are ambient murderous intents or not.
RACIAL FEATURES- Serpent's Charm: Thanks to his Kuja blood, Jack is naturally very charismatic. This trait also makes him unnaturally appealing to females, which he readily uses to his advantage to gather information and garner favors. Unfortunately, this trait makes him more attractive to all women who aren't directly related to him, which can tend to backfire horribly.
- {Mecha Prosthetics Type Z (Zero): A set of prosthetics designed exclusively for Jack, comprised of his entire left arm, both of his legs from the knee down, his right eye, his ears, and the knuckles on his right hand, all of which are powered by alchohol, the stronger the better. The entire set is also 100% water-proof.}
- Hurricane Left: The main offensive function of Jack's prosthetics, the Hurricane Left is an array of ballistic weaponry built into the left arm. The fingers contain multiple spools of silver wire, which can be fully and freely controlled, and the palm of the hand opens to reveal a small-scale shotgun with an effective range of five feet. But the true strength of the Hurricane Left is the series of Cluster Missile launchers built into the outer section of the arm. Each of these thirteen launch-ports can hold three of these small missiles, and can launch one at a time, and each missile, once fired and having reached a certain distance from Jack, will seperate into seven smaller missiles, with the explosive force of a small hand grenade. The missiles are guided by the Hyperion System, but can be easily disrupted by magnetic fields, bright flashes of light, and explosions. As the ports each only hold three missiles, they can older be fired three times before reloading (Three times per thread), and require a bit of time between firings (1 post cooldown between each firing).
- Buster Springers: A set of large, high-tension springs, pistons, and compressed air tanks installed in Jack's legs, designed to increase his sprinting speed, and boost his jump height. With the additional speed boost from the Springers, Jack's speed is about a third the speed of an average Soru, and his maximum jump height is about 15-20 feet. As well, if activated while kicking, or while his foot is pressed against an enemy, the Springer(s) can double as an impact increaser. As well, they have a special device implemented in the feet, which normally appear as disk-shaped protrusions in the soles of his feet, but pop out to reveal that they are actually built-in roller blades, designed to function automatically as an extensions of his legs. They have a top speed of about 60 MPH.
- Hyperion Tracking System: Jack's ears and right eye, designed to work on multiple levels as a tracking system. As well as increasing his sight and hearing capability, his right eye allows for night vision, a crosshair, and a targeting method for the missiles, while the ears allow for a sonar-like effect, the ability to easily tell wind direction, and to support the targeting effect of the eye. The eye can be disabled by magnetic fields/pulses and bright lights, whereas the ears are weak to high-pitched frequencies. As well, Jack has a speaker system built in to his left shoulder, which plays his theme song whenever he fights.
Jack's eye has been modified to include functions as a camera, for both still image and video, as well as being able to alter its perception to ultraviolet or infrared. In addition, his ears can record sound, and play it back through the speaker in his shoulder.
- Skygrasper Knuckle: An additional modification to Jack's arm, which connects his hand to his arm by a special steel cable and reel, and allows him to fire off his hand like a grappling hook and retract it freely, whilst still being connected to the nerves and being fully controllable. The attachment itself has no real combat ability aside from what his hand can already do, and only serves to increase range and make local area transportation easier.
