'Indecisiveness' contradicts the positive trait of 'Decisive'
Generally someone who is 'Excitable' is 'Impulsive', though I suppose they could be counted seperately.
If someone is 'Stubborn' that usually means they're 'Argumentitive'.

Background:
- You have a bit of coding error.
- I noticed this with the way you worded your attire, this is just personal opinion, but the way you write it is a little off putting for an application. Applications should be straight-forward.
- I don't really understand what you mean by branding her with his devil fruit... Regardless, by mentioning a Devil Fruit your making an assumption. If you're refering to the Mera Mera no Mi, that's in use by a female character on the site, and even if you're not someone else could take up said fruit. The only way using a fruit in her past would work is if it was a plot with a pre-existing character.
- Firstly, to travel the world in two years at such a young age, with the technology they have in One Piece makes her 'wandering around all four blues' improbable. Not to mention that getting out of the blue she was in is extremely difficult considering she'd either have to cross the calm belt, something generally only marines can do, or cross the red line which is highly unlikely.
- Overall, your history is far-fetched, and improbable. As well as a little mary-sue-ish.

Personal Drive: The application should be in third person not first. It makes it especially awkward when this is the only time when it's truely in first person.
