• Hurricane Right / Typhoon Left: Forming a swirling mass of condensed water vapor around their right hand, the user punches their opponent with it. The fierce winds blow the opponent away, but that's not all. Since it's a cloud, it negates Devil Fruit powers, unless blocked by Busoshoku Haki. The winds move at approximately 53 mph. The difference between Hurricane Right and Typhoon Left is spin direction; Hurricane Right spins clockwise and Typhoon Left spins counterclockwise.
  
• Tornado Kick: Covering one of his legs in a swirling mass of wind, the victim is kicked with much more power than normal and is sliced up by the roaring winds. Has the power of an F3 tornado (between 158-256 mph). Can be variously affected by nearby elements or as a means to turn an incoming attack against an opponent, such as fire whirls (fire), dust devils (sand), or steam devils (smoke or steam).
  
• Cyclone's Fury: Same as Tornado Kick, but when used in hybrid form, the user can cover his four legs in F1 tornados (between 73-112 mph) and kick with all of them, whether it be in a spinning kick attack or what have you.
  
• Sleipnir the Cumulonimbus: Pulling in clouds from far and wide and agitating them, the user makes a giant Sleipnir out of them while keeping them off of himself with a circling vortex of wind. The running of the horse sounds like thunder, the whinny like a roaring tornado. Getting hit with this is like being run over by 6 or 7 freight trains, plus you might get electrocuted by the occasional lightning flashes.
  
• Waterspout Snap: Snapping his fingers and focusing on two points on the water, the user creates two swirling waterspouts. They can be used to trap an opponent or just screw up the opponent's Devil Fruit powers.
