PERSONALITY POSITIVE TRAITS: Calm: Hakutori is a very calm person. He doesn't get set ooff by many things and when he does, Hakutori usually just raises an eyebrow. He's capable of having other facial expressions and not being calm, but without something really big happening, don't expect him to flip tables. Kind: Despite his calm nature, Hakutori is a very nice guy. On his free time he often goes into town on patrol to see if he can help anyone out. He also has a very good attitude towards children, often buying local orphanages toys and supplies. Bookworm: Hakutori likes to read books and enjoys to relax while reading as well. You can often find hakutori in his office reading a good book. In his office, Hakutori has wall to wall filled with books on a shelf that he has read. if you were to ask him why he read so much, Hakutori would tell you "because I enjoy it." In his eyes, Hakutori believes that true Justice is measured by how you help the masses instead of how many pirates you kill. If Hakutori doesn't believe a pirate should be captured then he leaves them alone, if he encounters a killer though, Hakutori will do everythiing in his power to bring that person to justice. NEGATIVE TRAITS: A bit lazy: Although Hakutori likes to help people and read from time to time, he can actually be a bit of a lazy bones in the morning. If he doesn't feel like getting up then he won't which often leads him to fill out lots of paperwork. Forgetful of things: Hakutori may be an Admiral,but when it comes down to basic things that a person does in the morning like dress or eat, he will often forget. This leaves him being hungry for the majority of days. Intimidating: Due to Hakutori's daily attitude of being calm and showing little emotion with things, he tends to look intimidating to people, mainly the lower ranking officers. Obliviousness to romance: Hakutori isn't too good of a player when it comes to women. This is because he can't realize when a woman is hitting on him. If a women were to say "what is a handsome man liek you doing in a place like this?" hakutori would reply "You're right! I should be on patrol" and leave. The sword is modeled after a katana, while the gun is modeled after a rifle and a revolver. Machina comes in a pair of two, allowing Katten to dual wield while shooting at the same time. This brings an entirely new concept to swordplay. Machina's alternate name is "Tenchi" also meaning Heaven and Earth for the kanji inscribed on each of the guns. Heaven is on the dominate hand, his right, allowing for quick and fluid strikes and Earth is on the lesser dominate hand, allowing for powerful and heavy strikes. Machina is Latin for "Machine." The swords themselves are straight in design, allowing for him to use them as rifles while they're sheathed while in a gunfight. They're sheathed at his back waist with a black belt.
