Vincent and Lenore had been married for about two years now. The marriage is basically this, Lenore wears the pants in the relationship and everything has to be done her way or else, Vincent is screwed. She the only person who can make Vincent happy or control his ass but Lenore cares for husband with all her heart and won't let anyone take advantage or hurt him. Despite her being a Queen and looking beautiful, she loves to smoke her pike and spends most of her time working on her motorcycle. She is currently interested in being a Gorosei.
It's up to you wonder or not you would like her to have Devil Fruit. She however does display Haki but again, this one is up to you.

Alexander is Vincent older brother by only three minutes and never let's Vincent forget it. With them being twins, the two are very similar in personality and appearance aside from Alexander dying his hair orange. As such, the two have a bond so powerful that not even the World Government or the Yonkou, themselves could break. They are both protective of each other and will die for another but ultimately, Alexander believes he's, Vincent's protector. With Vincent being an Admiral and being a married man, they don't get to see each as much as they would like but still make an effort to see each at least ten times a year.
Like before with Lenore, whether or not he has a devil fruit or haki is up to you. I also left open his job, so he can be anywhere from a pirate to Shichibukai to marine. I don't care.
